Delhi HC: Filing ITR Instead of Income Certificate Can’t Deprive Eligible Candidate of Scholarship - 15.12.2022

Delhi High Court has held that mere mistake of filing Income Tax Return (ITR) certificate instead of Income Certificate can’t lead to a situation where an eligible meritorious candidate is deprived of the scholarship, when the two documents prove same parameters of income requirements.
