Mad HC: Isha Foundation's Yoga Centre Doesn't Require Prior Environmental Clearance for Construction - 15.12.2022

Madras High Court while observing that Isha Foundation's Yoga Centre comes within the definition of an educational institution, has allowed its plea against a show cause notice issued to it for carrying out construction work between 2006-2014 at Coimbatore without obtaining environmental clearance.
