Ker. HC: UGC Regulations Don’t Require Chancellor's Nominee in Selection Committee for Universities - 15.12.2022

Kerala High Court while staying a Single bench order directing to include Chancellor's representative in Search Committee for appointment of VC of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU) has held that Chancellor's representative is not necessary in search committee for appointment of KTU VC.
