SC: Execute Arbitral Award Secured by DAMEPL Against DMRC in 3 Months - 15.12.2022

Supreme Court has directed execution of Rs 7,200 crore arbitral award won by Delhi Airport Metro Express Private Limited (DAMEPL) against State-owned Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) within 3 months and observed that law regarding execution is not different for state corporations or government.
