Delhi HC to IRDAI: Ensure Products Are Designed for Persons With Disabilities - 14.12.2022

Delhi High Court has directed Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority of India (IRDAI) to call a meeting of insurance companies to ensure that products are designed for persons with disabilities in terms of circular dated 2 June 2020, so as to enable them to obtain health insurance coverage.
