SC: Accused's Plea on Applicability of S. 300 CrPC Has to be Considered at Discharge Stage - 13.12.2022

Supreme Court has held that the accused's plea on applicability of Section 300 CrPC has to be considered at the stage of discharge under Section 227 CrPC.
