SC Stays Execution in Two Death Penalty Matters for Psychological Examination of Convicts - 12.12.2022

Supreme Court while relying on the principles laid down in Manoj v. State of Madhya Pradesh has stayed the execution in two death penalty matters and directed psychological evaluation of the accused.
