SC Stays NGT's Direction to WB Govt. to Phase out Public Transport Vehicles Below BS-IV in 6 Months - 12.12.2022

Supreme Court has stayed the operation of the direction of the National Green Tribunal (NGT), Eastern Zone Bench, Kolkata to West Bengal Government to ensure that public transport vehicles below BS-IV are phased out within a period of six months.
