Bombay HC: If Society is Progressing, Why Can't Laws? - 09.12.2022

Bombay High Court while criticizing State government for being in a slumber and not making provisions for transgender persons in recruitment in the police department, has questioned the State that if society is progressing then why can't the laws also progress?
