Jharkhand HC: Married Woman Can't Prosecute Another Man for Sex on False Pretext of Marriage - 09.12.2022

Jharkhand High Court has held that a married woman, who enters into a consensual sexual relationship with another man cannot later on prosecute him for rape on the false pretext of marriage.
