Kerala HC: ‘Customer’ in a Brothel Can Be Prosecuted Under Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act - 09.12.2022

Kerala High Court has held that a 'customer' in a brothel can be prosecuted under Section 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 if the conditions specified in the provision are satisfied.
