Delhi HC: Police Can't Transfer FIR Citing Jurisdiction After Magistrate's Order U/S 156(3) CrPC - 09.12.2022

Delhi High Court has held that once he order has been passed by the magistrate under Section 156(3) of CrPC directing investigation, it is not open to the police to raise objection regarding territorial jurisdiction.
