Bombay HC Reduces Life Sentence of Man Who Killed Wife in Sudden Quarrel Over Improperly Cooked Meat - 08.12.2022

Bombay High Court while reducing the sentence of a man who killed his wife over improperly cooking meat, has held that it was a case of sudden quarrel without any premeditation, therefore, reducing the life sentence to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment.
