J&K&L HC: Adhoc Employee Can't Replace Another Adhoc Employee - 08.12.2022

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court while observing that an ad hoc employee cannot be replaced by another ad hoc employee, has held that such position can be filled only by a candidate who is regularly appointed by following a regular procedure prescribed.
