J&K&L HC: Enquiry Before Termination Not Necessary if Appointment Obtained Fraudulently - 06.12.2022

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that if an appointment is non-est in the eyes of law or is based upon forgery and fraud, it is not necessary for the employer to hold an enquiry before terminating the services of such an employee.
