SC to HCs’: File Responses to Plea Seeking Online RTI Portals, Within Three Weeks - 06.12.2022

Supreme Court has directed all High Courts to file their responses on proposed set up of online RTI Portals within three weeks. The issue arose when Court informed that only nine High Courts had filed their replies in plea seeking mechanism to set up an online portal for e-filing RTI applications.
