Madras HC Rejects Backward Quota Claim of Man Who Converted to Islam from Hinduism - 05.12.2022

Madras High Court while observing that a person who has converted to another religion cannot claim benefits of his community before conversion unless it is expressly granted by State, has rejected backward quota claim of man who converted to Islam from Hinduism.
