SC: Can’t Deny Appointment if Candidate was Acquitted in the Case Tried for Offence Under 498A IPC - 05.12.2022

Supreme Court has directed appointment of a candidate whose candidature was rejected on the ground that he was tried for the offence under Section 498A IPC.
