J&K&L HC: Retrospective Operation of Government’s Executive Order Cannot Be Permitted - 02.12.2022

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that retrospective operation of a Government Order cannot be permitted particularly where it is merely an executive order, and not legislation.
