Orissa HC: Case U/S 498A IPC Can’t be Quashed on Ground That Marriage is Not Valid - 02.12.2022

Orissa High Court has held that proceedings under Section 498A of Indian Penal Code (IPC) cannot be quashed by a High Court under Section 482 of CrPC on the ground that there was no valid marriage.
