Delhi HC Seeks Centre's Response over RBI's Circular on E-Retail - 22.04.2016

Dellhi HC has sought Centre's response on petition challenging a circular by Reserve Bank of India (RBI), as per which retail trading in any form through e-commerce would not be permissible for companies which receive Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
