Cal. HC: Govt. Has Discretion to Decide Mode & Manner of Giving Reservation to PwD - 01.12.2022

Calcutta High Court has held that Section 32 of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 confers discretion upon Government to decide the mode and manner in which the minimum 5% reservation is to be granted to persons with benchmark disability.
