Madras HC to State: Make Tourist Destinations Accessible for Disabled - 30.11.2022

Madras High Court has directed State government to take steps and make all tourist destinations in Tamil Nadu accessible for disabled persons in accordance with standards of accessibility as formulated under section 40 of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
