SC Refuses to Stay Maharashtra Government’s Decision to Allow Metro Car Shed at Aarey - 30.11.2022

Supreme Court has allowed the Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation to pursue its application before the Tree Authority seeking permission for the felling of 84 trees and modified its status quo order on the felling of trees at Aarey region in Mumbai for the metro car shed project.
