SC to States: Furnish Data of Cases Where Prisoners is in Jail for Not Fulfilling Bail Conditions - 30.11.2022

Supreme Court has directed all State Governments to issue directions to the jail authorities to submit certain particulars of under trial prisoners who have been granted bail but are still in prison as they were unable to meet bail conditions.
