Supreme Court Refuses to Entertain PIL to Double the Number of Judges - 29.11.2022

Supreme Court while observing that getting more judges is not the panacea of all evils, has refused to entertain a PIL filed by BJP leader and Advocate Ashwini Upadhyay seeking to double the number of judges in High Courts and trial courts.
