Delhi HC Quashes CIC Order Asking MEA to Disclose Passport Details of Estranged Husband to Wife - 29.11.2022

Delhi High Court has set aside Central Information Commission’s (CIC) order by which Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) was directed to disclose the details relating to passport and marriage certificate, address proof, ID proof and other related documents of an estranged husband to his wife.
