Delhi HC Sets Aside Life Sentence of Accused 18 Years After Murder Conviction - 28.11.2022

Delhi High Court has set aside the life sentence of a murder convict after he took the plea of juvenility during the pendency of his appeal, as ossification test revealed that his age was between 10 to 20 years old on the day of incident.
