Del HC: Denial of Caste Certificate on Basis of Single Mother’s Certificate is Policy Discrimination - 24.11.2022

Delhi High Court has held that the denial of caste certificate to the children of single mothers, belonging to other backward class (OBC) on the basis of Single mother’s caste certificate, appears to be patently arbitrary and discriminatory and referred to it as ‘Policy Discrimination’.
