Madras HC On Orderly System: Menial Jobs Below the Dignity of Uniformed Personnel - 23.11.2022

Madras High Court has held that trained Uniformed Personnel are expected to perform the combatant duty and other law and order duties in the interest of public at large and forcing them to perform menial jobs in the name of orderlies is below their dignity.
