Mansa Court Restrains Salim-Sulaiman from Releasing Sidhu Moosewala's Song 'Jaandi Vaar' - 22.11.2022

Commercial Court, Mansa has restrained the record label Merchant Records Private Limited and its directors Salim Merchant and Sulaiman Merchant from releasing or publishing Sidhu Moosewala's song ‘Jaandi Vaar’ and held that singer’s parents hold the copyright after his death.
