Ker. HC: Aadhaar Card Not Recognized as Document for Proof of DoB Under Juvenile Justice Act - 21.11.2022

Kerala High Court has held that Aadhaar card is not recognized by Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, as a document of proof of the date of birth (DoB) of an accused under the Act.
