Rajasthan HC: Second Wife’s Child of a Deceased Employee Eligible for Compassionate Appointment - 21.11.2022

Rajasthan High Court has held that a child who was born from second wife of deceased employee is eligible for compassionate appointment and observed that compassionate appointment policy can’t discriminate on the ground of descent by classifying children as legitimate and illegitimate.
