Varanasi Court: Places of Worship Act No Bar to Hindu Party's Suit - 18.11.2022

Varanasi Court while observing that religious nature of Gyanvapi Mosque premises is doubtful and therefore Places of Worship Act won't be bar to such suit, has held that title suit by Hindu party praying to hand over the possession of the Gyanvapi Mosque premises is maintainable.
