J&K&L HC Stays FFRC Order Restraining Pvt. Schools from Charging Fee from Nov 2022 till March 2023 - 17.11.2022

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has stayed an order of Committee for Fixation and Regulation of Fee of Private Schools, J&K, Srinagar (FFRC) wherein it had restrained all school managements of private schools from charging and collecting annual fee for period of November 2022 to March 2023.
