CIC Prevents Indian Seed Companies’ (Using Monsanto Technology) Obligatory Destruction of Seeds - 20.04.2016

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has said in interim order that Indian seed companies that use global agriculture firm Monsanto's technology will not need to destroy Bt cotton seeds, patent lines and germ plasm once their contract ends.
