Ker. HC: Extension of statutory period; Prosecutor's Report Must Disclose Progress of Investigation - 14.11.2022

Kerala High Court has held that in order to extend statutory period of 180 days to complete the process of investigation as per Section 36-A(4) of NDPS Act, 1985, report produced by Public Prosecutor must disclose progress of investigation in addition to reasons to detain accused person.
