P&H HC Stays Arrest of Deepak Chaurasia in POCSO Case - 14.11.2022

Punjab and Haryana High Court while staying the arrest of news anchor Deepak Chaurasia in a POCSO Act case, has directed him to appear before the trial court in Gurgaon on or before November 17.
