SC: Court Auction Sale is Most Transparent - 11.11.2022

Supreme Court while observing that Registering Authority can’t sit in appeal over decision of Court permitting sale at particular price has held that public auction carried out through court process/receiver is most transparent manner of obtaining correct market value of property.
