SC: Appln. for Hearing of Review Petition by HC Judge Has to be Placed Before CJ HC on Admin Side - 11.11.2022

Supreme Court has held that an application seeking to assign a review petition to a particular High Court judge should be placed before Chief Justice of the High Court on the administrative side and not to be dealt on judicial side.
