Madras HC: Isha Foundation's Yoga Centre is Educational Institution - 10.11.2022

Madras High Court has held that Isha Foundation would come within the purview of Educational Institutions as per clarification issued by Central Government in 2014 with regard to entities that are exempted from getting mandatory environmental clearance before commencing construction work.
