J&K&L HC: Satisfaction of Detaining Authority Must be Based on Scrutiny of Police Report - 09.11.2022

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that in absence of material supporting allegations or specifying details of incident, it can’t be held that some activities are prejudicial to maintenance of peace, public order and tranquility.
