MP HC Suspends Gang Rape Convict's 25 Yrs of RI Sentence Considering His 5 Yrs of Custody - 08.11.2022

Madhya Pradesh High Court has suspended the sentence awarded to a gang rape convict to undergo 25 years of rigorous imprisonment in view of the period of custody of five years and eight months and the fact that there is no likelihood of an early hearing of the appeal.
