SC Upholds Allahabad HC’s Decision to Disqualify Azam Khan's Son for Not Meeting Age Criteria - 07.11.2022

Supreme Court has dismissed challenge against decision of the Allahabad High Court to disqualify Rampur MLA Mohd. Abdullah Azam Khan for not having attained the age of 25 years on the date of the election as prescribed in Article 173(b) of the Constitution.
