SC Upholds the Validity of EWS Reservation in Education & Public Employment - 07.11.2022

Supreme Court has by 4:1 majority upheld the validity of the 103rd Constitutional Amendment which introduced 10% reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) in education and public employment.
