SC Commutes Death Sentence of Ex Cop Accused of Rape & Murder of a Housewife - 07.11.2022

Supreme Court while taking into account the illegal solitary confinement for ten years and its ill effects on the well-being of the accused has commuted the death sentence of Ex-Cop Accused to life sentence.
