SC Disapproves High Courts' Practice of Calling for Answer Scripts for Ordering Revaluation - 07.11.2022

Supreme Court while disapproving High Courts practice of calling for the answer scripts/sheets to order revaluation has held that re-evaluation cannot be ordered if the regulation does not provide for the same as sympathy or compassion does not play any role in such a matter.
