SC: Issue of Arbitrability Should be Left to Arbitrator Unless Found That Dispute is Non- Arbitrable - 07.11.2022

Supreme Court has held that while considering application under Section 11(6) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, dispute with respect to arbitrability should be left to the arbitrator, unless on the face it is found that the dispute is not arbitrable.
