SC: Ballistic Report Forwarded Under the Seal is Admissible in Evidence - 07.11.2022

Supreme Court has held that a Ballistic Report forwarded by Director/Deputy Director/Assistant Director of a lab under the seal can be said to be in compliance with the statutory requirement under Section 293 CrPC and is admissible in evidence.
