Kar. HC to Law Commission: Rethink the age of Consent for Sex - 07.11.2022

Karnataka High Court while observing several cases relating to minor girls above age of 16 years having fallen in love and eloped and had sexual intercourse with boy has opined that the Law Commission would have to rethink on the age criteria, so as to take into consideration the ground realities.
